Everyday, many of us make a series of simple and not so simple choices: what to wear, what to eat, what to do, what to buy, where to go, etc. It is frustrating to get these choices taken away by having someone dictate what we should do.
Now, imagine how disturbing it is to have someone make important decisions about the rest of your life in your place.
For 40 days, starting on February 17th, anti-choice demonstrators will be protesting in front of clinics throughout the country in order to prevent women from accessing safe and legal abortion services.
Continuing or not a pregnancy is an important decision a woman makes carefully, often in collaboration with her doctor and her family. When she has made her decision, she does not need to be shamed, pressured or blocked by anti-choice protestors.
